Turkish Cargo Brought Together Its Business Partners at the Agency Awards Ceremony, The Carrier Introduced Its Digital Solutions Simplifying Air Cargo Processes
Turkish Cargo, the global air cargo brand of Turkish Airlines, brought together its business partners and agencies operating across Türkiye at the 15th edition of its Agency Awards Ceremony. The traditional event also hosted the launch of Turkish Cargo’s renewed corporate website and the introduction of its digitalization projects.
The awards ceremony, hosted by Turkish Cargo in Istanbul, was attended by Turkish Airlines Chief Cargo Officer Ali Türk, Turkish Technology CEO Serdar Gürbüz, and industry stakeholders. In the first part of the program, Turkish Cargo officially launched its renewed corporate website. Digital transformation projects developed in cooperation with Turkish Technology, aimed at systemizing operations, planning, and tariff management processes, were presented to the guests by Serdar Gürbüz. Presenting digitalization projects that directly impact field operations to industry stakeholders through first-hand sources not only establishes a shared understanding of operational processes but also creates a strong foundation for implementing solutions in a faster and more efficient manner across the industry.
During his speech at the ceremony, Turkish Airlines Chief Cargo Officer Ali Türk stated:
“At a time when global trade and logistics flows are being reshaped, Turkish Cargo continues to position itself at the center of this transformation with its strong infrastructure and extensive flight network. We sustain the performance we deliver not only through our expert workforce and advanced technological infrastructure, but also through the close collaboration model we have established with our stakeholders. In this direction, while planning our infrastructure and digital transformation investments, we focus on strengthening the operational efficiency of our business partners in the field. Our renewed corporate website is also an important step within this approach, bringing planning, reservation, and tracking processes together at a single point to provide a faster and more predictable operational experience.
As Turkish Cargo, we place great importance on directly sharing and jointly developing the solutions we implement together with our business partners. Therefore, coming together through this awards ceremony is extremely valuable for us. We would like to thank all our agencies for their contributions and hope that our collaboration will continue to grow even stronger in the coming period.”
In the continuation of the program, plaques were presented to the agencies that collaborated most extensively with Turkish Cargo in 2025 in recognition of their contributions. While 14 awards out of a total of 40 categories were presented on stage, the highest-performing agencies were also specially recognized.
