  SANCTIONS AND EXPORT CONTROL COMPLIANCE NOTICE

  
  Turkish Cargo conducts its cargo transportation operations in full compliance with applicable laws and regulations concerning export controls and sanctions (“Sanctions and Export Controls”) imposed and enforced by the countries in which it operates. All parties involved in cargo transportation are also expected to comply with these Sanctions and Export Controls to avoid sanctions or other harm against themselves or Turkish Cargo.

  
  In this context, all parties involved in cargo transportation and their representatives (including consignees, consignors, and freight forwarders) are responsible for verifying throughout the transportation process whether the consignee and/or the contents of the cargo they intend to transport comply with Sanctions and Export Controls. They are also responsible for conducting all necessary screening procedures. Publicly available resources and various online screening platforms can be used for this purpose. In addition, relevant information can be obtained from sanction authorities’ websites concerning Sanctions and Export Controls.
